Answer: Your Resume Sheet has various items that need to be completed. By simply completing each one, you will receive points that boost your over all score.

  1. How can I improve my ranking?

Answer: Complete all the items listed on the Resume Sheet. Each item that is completed will award you additional points. Once you have completed all items, the best way to get additional points added on is by having satisfied customers and up to 1 professional peer that you dealt with per transaction log onto your Resume Profile and leave you a Review/Rating.


Note: No past reviews can be used. Reviews posted can only be used from clients/peers that you do business with from the date you activate your membership. We have in house “SNOOPS” that will go into the County Record files and do random checks to insure dates match up with current reviews. A professional is known for ethics and honesty.




  1. What is a “SNOOP”?

Answer: A person that works for “Fantastic Agents” that punches in and does nothing but search County Records and other helpful Public Information Sources from 8 A.M. – 5P.M., verifying Reviews/Ratings left on Agent Resume Profiles by Clients/Customers/Professional Peers. We call this process our “Checks & Balances” process!


  1. What happens if a “SNOOP” finds that a Review/Rating does not match a date on a profile?

Answer: If only 1 incorrect date is found, the “SNOOP” will do an independent investigation which may include contacting 1 or more people involved to verify listed information. If more then 1 incorrect date is found, your account will be frozen and no Reviews/Rating points will be added to your overall score. Customers/Clients/Professional Peers can continue to leave reviews, but your Resume Rating Score will remain the same for the next 6 months. After the 6 months have expired, no reviews may be posted from that 6 month time period and no points will be added on from that time period ONLY!


Note: It is not our intention to embarrass anyone. This information will be handled internally only and will not be made know to the public. An email will be sent to you to advise you in the case your account gets frozen. You have the right to submit any information that you may have that can shed light on a “SNOOP” finding so that we can unfreeze your account if a mistake was made.




  1. Can I answer reviews without upgrading my Professional Profile?

Answer: You will always be able to respond to any review left by a client/customer or Professional Peer.




  1. Can I answer reviews without upgrading my Professional Profile?

Answer: The cost is a 1-time annual fee of $79.00 and by clicking on the “Upgrade” link; you can join the ranks at “FantasticAgents.com” immediately! Join NOW! You will be very glad you did.




  1. If I do not Up-grade my Profile, do I still get points when clients/customers and Professional Peers add reviews to my profile?

Answer: Unfortunately NO. You can still receive Reviews/Ratings from Clients/Customers and Professional Peers but no points will be added onto your Resume Profile Score. Only Agents that have an “Up-Graded Profile will be able to have points added onto their Resume Score.




  1. Once I Up-Grade my Resume Profile, can I have previous Clients/Customers/Professional Peers add Reviews/Ratings that would be from dates prior to me Up-Grading my Resume Profile?

Answer: YES & NO! Yes you can have Reviews/Ratings added from past Clients/Customers and Professional Peers but only from the time that you Claimed your Resume Profile. Only from that date forward.
- No you may not have any Reviews/Ratings added that are dated for any time prior to “YOU” claiming your Resume Profile.




  1. How many Cities can I be seen in?

Answer: Each Resume Profile is State specific. If you register in Arizona, you can select all the cities in that State. You will not have a Resume Profile listed in any other State unless you register in the additional selected States that you want to be in. You are entitled to one (1) FREE listing. Once you “claim” a Resume Listing in any State, the only way to get listed in another State would be by paying another fee of $79.00 annual fee.




  1. Can I purchase a Banner Advertisement located on the right side of the various pages located throughout the site?

Answer: No Real Estate agents, Mortgage Agents or Home Inspectors can purchase the Banner Advertisements located on the right side of the pages on the websiteAny individual or Company can purchase an advertising banner for a $300.00 monthly fee as long as your profession is not one (1) of the three (3) professions listed above.  

You ask WHY?

Answer: Because here at “FantasticAgents.com, we want to make sure that the rating system is intact and fair.




  1. What does it cost to advertise in one of the “Preferred Agents” spots located at the top of the page?

Answer: Each spot per City costs $125.00 yearly if you possess an “Up-graded Resume Profile” and $175.00 if you do not possess an “Up-graded Resume Profile”. These spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

Note: No person or entity can purchase more then one (1) spot on the same page.




  1. What does it cost to Purchase a Banner Advertisement located on the right side of nearly all pages?

 

Answer: $300.00 per month. Terms: Pay 1st month up front and we bill you for every month thereafter. Ads will appear within 48 hours after payment & agreement have been received. These ads rotate out with 3 other ads and they only change out when the page is switched or manually switched. Your ad goes to every City Nationwide. We offer a discount to advertisers that pay their contract up full for the entire year. ($25 Discount for every month. SAVES YOU - $300.00)
